What are the payment options?
We take payment via paypal and bank transfer. I can take payments via paypal, card machine or cash in hand at any events attended.
What is your return policy?
In the case of products, returns can only be made if the product is unused and still in its sealed package within 28 days of purchase. On receipt of fully sealed product, an exchange can be made, or a refund will be issued in full dependant on the request of the customer.
I will not accept return of products which have been opened or used. If product that has been returned has been opened or tampered with, it is non-refundable.
Where do I find the pricing for your services?
In the top menu you will find a button directly at the end of the right hand side labelled "More" if you click/move your cursor over this button it will show you a drop down menu which will have a button labelled "Pricing list".
Do you take bookings at Fest Larp events?
Yes I do. I take both online bookings and bookings at the event however if you want to book a slot in advance id do it online. Simply message me via the contact form on the website or via my Facebook page and discuss what you want done and we can agree a price.
