Shipping Terms

  1. Items, if returned within the 7 day cooling off period and in the condition they arrive with the customer, will be accepted and either replaced or refunded.

  2. Items if faulty will be replaced or refunded upon our receipt of the returned item, this is so we can make sure that we improve our service by correcting any faults with future items.

  3. Any refunds will be credited back to the customer utilizing the payment method used to pay for the original order but any postage costs inured will not be refunded.

 

Delivery Policy​

  1. Each order using the shopping cart on this website has it's postage and packaging calculated Individually, depending on the total cost of your order as set out below.

  2. Postage on all orders that do not go through the website shopping cart are set at a flat rate, as set out below.   
    Postage fees

  • £0 - £30: £3.50

  • £30 and above: £5.50

  • £200.01 and Above Free within the U.K.

  1. We offer the following Delivery Services:

    • Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery 24 - 72 Hours - tracked on signature

    • Royal Mail International Standard

  2. Orders over £200.00 are free of postage within the U.K.

  3. We deliver to anywhere in the world, this website is set up to charge an initial fee of £20 which will cover most international parcels, if the parcel costs less than the initial £20 fee we will refund the difference within 7 working days of the customers order being dispatched, however there may be additional charges for orders which require a faster or tracked service or if the order is a large or unusual shaped parcel, a representative will contact the customer with the correct postage charges after an order has been placed, and any additional charges must be paid before the order can be shipped.

  4. All Deliveries Must be signed for upon receipt, this is so orders can be accurately traced if they happen to go astray.

  5. In the event that an order is returned we will do our utmost to contact the client however if we are unable to contact the client, we will keep the order for 3 months to give the client time to contact us, then it will be treated as a cancelled order and forfeit the payment as a deposit, and the order will be returned to stock.
